There are many software as a service for project management. However, none are easy to configure for specific needs cost effectively and quickly.

Solution Description

Our customisable Project Management platform delivers;

  1. Cost management. There are 3 layers of project control. The top layer is Project. The second layer is Task. The last layer is Job. A project can have more than one task. A task can have more than one job. Each job has multiple cost components (we can add more components); making purchases, incurring expenses or managing worker assignments. Each worker has an associated cost. A job captures purchases and expenses. All actual costs are rolled up from Job, to Task, to Project just as the project budget is distributed down to Job layer. Dashboards are tailored for cost management.
  2. Schedule management. From Project to Job, a customised Gantt chart makes everything visible and measurable. Each Task or Job has their own validation rules; Task 2 cannot start until the Task 1 is completed. Or the Task Start & End Date must be within the project duration. Similarly, Job under Task inherit the same rules. Each project has different tasks and each task has different planned start date and end date. If the task doesn’t start as planned, there will be a notification sent to the Task owner. Or if a task has started, and nearing the planned end date, yet the complete percentage is less than 50%, there will be another notification sent to the Task owner. Colour labels are used to draw attentions to troubled tasks.
  3. Mobility. Use web or mobile user interfaces.
  4. Approval management. A configurable workflow process for project approvals before projects can be initiated.
  5. Machine Learning. As an extension, data can be used to predict project failures & successes.

PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

Problem Statement

Many companies do not own a smart and unified procurement platform. They struggle to manage purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and inventory movements manually. Therefore, visibility and control is not easily shared across stakeholders & customers. Timely decisions cannot be taken accurately and effectively.

There are many software as a service for procurement management. However, none are easy to configure for specific buy & sell activities cost effectively and quickly.

Solution Description

Our customisable Procurement Management platform delivers;

  1. Buyer Module a. A Buyer maintains a set of product inventory & pricing, shipment address and storage location records. b. The Buyer can make a purchase order based on the current product inventories or a customer’s purchase order. c. A notification will be sent to the Seller. d. The Buyer can view the purchase order status and transaction records produced by the Seller, including the delivery/shipment status, till he/she receives the products into his/her product inventory.
  2. Seller Module a. A Seller maintains a set of product inventory & pricing, storage location and 3PL records. b. When a Seller receives a purchase order from a Buyer, the Seller will return a sales order that indicates the fulfilled products, sold quantities and prices. c. When the sales order is completed physically, the Seller can create the delivery order and invoice concurrently, then select a 3PL to perform the shipments. d. The Seller can track the delivery status.
  3. 3PL Module a. A 3PL staff will receive a notification from the Seller. b. The 3PL can create delivery base on the Seller’s sales order, then create the route and assign it to their drivers. c. A Driver can view the route information by mobile, after picking up the goods, they will start the delivery and update the status online. d. When all the delivery of the route is done, the route status will be auto updated to “Done”.
